On October 20, PCD Solutions / Converge took part to the AWS Initiate – Public Sector conference around Cloud transition projects. This online event gave us the opportunity to share our experience and lessons learned through many implementation projects. In the current context, the Government of Quebec has ordered public organizations to plan tthe migration of their services and data to the Public Cloud by 2025. A very ambitious timeline considering the numerous stages of preparation involved. However, the VMware Cloud on AWS solution brings some interresting options to the table.
On October 12 and 19, PCD Solutions / Converge presented their most recent conference live online: Ready for the transition to the Cloud. It included an interesting mix of presentations and interviews with many invited Cloud solution experts in Quebec. The main topic was: Where do businesses really stand in their Cloud transformation?
